Millennium Menu
This blog is about a group of student from Bachelor Science of Food Service and Management (Bsc PPM) First Batch of University Putra Malaysia to express their view and suggestion or topics regarding the food and menu. This blog is designated special for the Menu Development class teach by Dr Shahrim Karim, the Head of Department of Food Service Management. The first batch of Bsc PPM consist of 32 student and this class have add on of senior batch with five people. 

Objective
The aim/objective is to determine the student idea and to brainstorm on one topics by sharing information and suggestion.

Vision and Mission
Our vision is to empasize on student knowledge and  creative thinking.

Our mission are to inculcate student to participate in this course, to improve the effectiveness of learning, to share knowledge and to explore the world of Food and Beverages field or any related with.

Sharing of Words
If we value the pursuit of knowledge, we must be free to follow wherever that search may lead us. The free mind is not a barking dog, to be tethered on a ten-foot chain.
